What do I need to bring?

Please bring all x-rays, CT scans, MRI scans, and any medical records from previous doctors.

I am a travel patient, how can I get the process started before I get there?

We welcome travel patients. Please contact our office for special information. We will get your new patient paperwork started, review your previous medical records and imaging and make the appointment process streamline for you.

Who will I see during my visit?

You will be seen by Dr. Molina each and every time you visit our office for a clinic appointment.

What if I don’t have any x-rays or MRI?

Do not worry! We have state of the art imaging systems on site and can possibly even obtain a same day CT or MRI scan. If you submit your new patient paperwork before your visit this will facilitate the process.

Do you offer telemedicine visits?

We offer telemedicine visits for patients. All you need for a telemedicine visit is a mobile phone or computer. We can order tests, if needed, close to your home. We can also review your imaging prior to coming to the office. At some point, Dr. Molina will want to see you in office for a physical exam.
